   if your are wanting cheap quick car go with a bolt on turbo kit or even cheaper run nos but if you got money to spend turn it stroker w/ forged interals cam and valves and valve springs underpulleys and full eshaust

   cheapest fastest way is to throw a turbocharger on it

   since its a 91 you’re gonna have to do more mods to the engine so it can handle even at least street legal psi. perhaps a vtec head or hondata to control your rev limit and other necessities

   or swap the engine

   had buddy that turbo pumped 21psi in one and was doing 10.5. it blew up later though.
