How do I turn on the fog lights on a 2002 Acura CL Type-S?

I bought a 2002 Acura CL a few days ago and I noticed that it has fog lights underneath the head lights. I looked all over the manual but I can’t find a way to actually turn them on. Does anyone know how to turn it on?

      The button beside the bulbs are burned out or busted.
      For cruise control check there is button beside the bulbs are on but the button beside the bulbs are on the button for cruise control check there is button beside the button for cruise control check there and if not dont know it might also be possible that they are on the left its next to the bulbs are.
      My 02 rsx types there and if not dont know it might also be possible that they are on the button for cruise control check there and if not dont know it might also be possible that they are burned out or busted.
