Stephanie asked:

My father wants to reset the ‘check engine’ light on my 1998 Acura Integra, but can not find out how to do so. He has tried doing so with the information provided by wiki answers, but has not been able to follow the directions easily. Any help? Thanks in advance.

This requires a scan tool or diagnostic system that connects to the ALDL or diagnostic port.

If you have not repaired anything, the light will be back in a matter of miles. It needs to go to a proffessional and have a diagnostic performed.
