why will my 1990 Acura integra not start?

I’m working on a 1990 Acura Integra. It has fuel and spark, but will not start. I also have a 1995 Nissan Altima doing the same thing. Please help.

      it may have a bad starter, i would give that a try

      engine could be ceased up, try turning it over by hand

      The lights or try boosting it you car on like the garage or try boosting it to the lights or somthing else.
